Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Sunday Radar", "we", "us") governing your use of the Sunday Radar website, apps, and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the free Service and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a paid plan. You must be legally permitted to use any third-party platform you connect. You are responsible for your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of your registration information. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
2. What the Service is, and is not
Sunday Radar is an informational and analytics tool that aggregates your own fantasy football leagues and produces organizational insights, projections, and "who to root for" guidance. It is not a sportsbook, a daily-fantasy or wagering operator, a broker, or a provider of betting, financial, or legal advice. We do not accept wagers, hold stakes, or pay prizes. All output is informational only; you are responsible for your own roster and lineup decisions.
3. Connected platforms and data
The Service reads data from third-party fantasy platforms you choose to connect (for example Sleeper, and later Yahoo or ESPN). You represent that you own or are authorized to connect those accounts and to grant the read access involved, and that doing so does not violate those platforms' own terms. Those platforms are independent services we do not control; we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms.
4. AI features
Some paid features generate written recaps and answers using a third-party artificial-intelligence provider. To do so we send relevant data from your connected leagues (such as team names, rosters, and standings) to that provider for processing. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and is not guaranteed; do not rely on it without independent verification. See our Privacy Policy for the provider and how that data is handled.
5. Subscriptions, billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation
Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Before you pay, we disclose the price, the billing frequency, and that the plan renews automatically, and we obtain your affirmative consent to the recurring charge. Your plan renews automatically at the then-current price for each period until you cancel. Applicable sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time, online, from the Manage Billing area of your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded. 6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; scrape, harvest, or bulk- export data; reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent security; resell or share access; overload or interfere with the Service or the platforms it connects to; or use the Service in violation of any connected platform's terms. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and third-party data), is owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial fantasy use. NFL, team, and player names are used descriptively; we claim no affiliation with or endorsement by any league, team, or player.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PROJECTIONS, RANKINGS, OR ANY OUTPUT ARE ACCURATE OR WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
